Savvy Kids Education reserves the right to make any changes to the event schedule at its sole discretion. Every effort will be made to keep workshops and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of one or more workshop topic(s) or speaker(s).
In the event that the Conference has to be cancelled or changed due to events beyond Savvy Kids Education's control or due to circumstances which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organizers, Savvy Kids Education will not be held liable to Registrants for any damages, losses or costs incurred, including but not limited to transportation and accommodation costs. Savvy Kids Education is not liable for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue. -

- Savvy Kids Education Privacy Policy has been developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the finest quality products and services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our prospects, customers, business partners and the general public. This policy covers how Savvy Kids Education handles the personal information it collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Savvy Kids Education products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. Savvy Kids Education may, from time to time, modify this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technological and other developments. In that event, the changes will appear at this location.

- Although most areas of our site can be accessed without submitting any information that personally identifies you, some areas require the disclosure of certain personal information. If you have submitted personal information to Savvy Kids Education and would like that information modified or deleted, please contact us. We will update your personal information in our records on request.

- Savvy Kids Education does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or companies.

- All of Savvy Kids Education employees and contractors are dedicated to maintaining and upholding your privacy and security and are aware of our privacy and security policies. Cancellation & Replacements

Registration Process and Payment Methods
- Discount Codes are assigned by the Savvy Kids Education. Savvy Kids Education reserves the right to cancel any registrants using unauthorized discount codes.
- Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the correct payment is received.
- Workshop and Registration capacity is limited. Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy

- Conference registration can be cancelled only in writing to Savvy Kids Education, info@savvykidsconference.com.
- Conference registrations cancelled on or before June 10th will be entitled to a 40% refund. Registrations cancelled after June 10th will not be entitled to a refund.
- Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact Savvy Kids Education info@savvykidseducation.com at the earliest opportunity.
- All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months

Notification to Registrants
- Savvy Kids Education may film, photograph or audio record portions of the event, including lectures and interactions in common areas. These recordings may be archived and used for educational and commercial purposes. By attending, Registrant consents to Savvy Kids Education's global and perpetual use of his or her name, photograph, recorded voice and statements ("Information") in whole or in part, in all media and/or distribution formats, now known and hereafter developed for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, publicity, educational, sales, trade, and promotional purposes, with no right of approval and no right to compensation. Registrant releases and discharges Savvy Kids Education from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and/or other liability arising from or relating to use of the Information. Savvy Kids Education shall be the exclusive owner of any and all rights, title and interest, including, without limitation, copyright, electronic and distribution rights, in and to any materials containing the Information created by or on behalf of Savvy Kids Education, in any form.
